Common questions
About the Titan VX35 crawler drill, service and spares. Can’t find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppDoes the Titan VX35 drill DTH or top hammer?
Both. Down-the-hole (DTH) drilling suits larger, deeper and straighter blast holes on quarry, cement and mine benches. Top hammer (TH) drilling suits smaller holes and shorter depths, such as road cuttings and construction blasting. We set the machine up for the job you have.
What does the Titan VX35 need on site?
A site air compressor. For DTH drilling we recommend 10 – 14 kg/cm² (150 – 200 PSI) and 12.75 – 15.55 m³/min (450 – 550 CFM); for top hammer drilling, 7 kg/cm² (100 PSI) and 11.30 – 17 m³/min (400 – 600 CFM). Tell us your hole size and we will recommend the right compressor and drilling tools.
Do you supply DTH hammers, bits and rods separately?
Yes. Drilling consumables and spares can be ordered on their own. Tell us the hole size and the machine you run.
Do you offer commissioning and operator training?
Yes. Our engineers commission every machine on site, drill the first holes with your crew and train operators and fitters on daily checks, drilling technique and safe tramming.
Can I see the machine before buying?
Yes. Call us to arrange a visit to our manufacturing unit at Dhayari, Pune, or ask for photos and videos of the Titan VX35 on WhatsApp.
Where do you deliver and service?
We supply and support customers across India from our base in Pune. Share your site location for delivery and service timelines.
